Meditation is a fun & playful way to teach our growing population to release stress & anxiety, and to gain control of their thoughts and fears. This class is educational & also goes in and out of mini-guided visualizations, so the children learn to practice the techniques and benefits of moving tension out of their body, and gain better control of their thoughts. Yoga mats, pillows, blankets, colorful lights, lively music, sound healing, crystals, essentials oils, all create a fun setting, to experience the joys of meditation and relaxation, amongst neighbors and new friends. Ages 5 – 8 years
